Brand consultancy from name generation through to selected identity and supporting marketing materials for York's most prestigious apartment
An exciting project to brand and market a unique penthouse residential opportunity in central York, with panoramic views over the city centre and York Minster.
Starting with the penthouse's address and reverting it to roman numerals, a nod to the cities heritage, I created a bespoke typeface and the unique style for the identity which I then carried across the material produced for the property's sale.
The end product was a beautiful, limited run hardback book with a foil block cover and a supporting interactive i-brochure which you can view here.
The branding and marketing exercise really helped propel exposure of the property and accumulated in it making an apparence on Channel 4's show "Britain’s Most Expensive Home".
