Full brand consultancy with supporting interactive brochure for The Residence, a new luxurious residential development set in the heart of the city centre
Property developer Kingsdean had acquired a beautiful building on St John Street to convert into luxury residential apartments.
Following our instruction from the Manchester based agent Reside I undertook a full branding exercise for the development and produced an interactive brochure to be shown to prospective buyers.
St John Street is the only surviving Georgian terraced street in central Manchester and it was this, it’s Georgian heritage, that formed the basis of my reference for the R motive which formed the main element of the identity.
The end result was an elegant brand and supporting brochure which was both sympathetic to the building’s history whilst also alluding to the modern luxury and decadence of the residential scheme.
