Interactive and printed brochure for a prime Cornerstone Office Search property

As a fairly new start up the business needed particulars creating for all of their property offerings. When they approached me they were using word templates which they printed off and gave to potential clients when they met them.

I suggested the creation of an interactive PDF which could easily convert into a printed brochure for their larger deals.

Utilising their branding I created a bright, functional piece that can be easily rolled out to new building particulars. Focus was placed on infographics to allow for salient selling points to come to the forefront.
